Andrea
CEO + Chief of Strategy
A girl boss to end all girl bosses—say hello to Andrea. She leads all business development for the studio. When she’s not busy hopping from one client call to another, growing her community, exploring new digital tools, and whipping up smart content on her TikTok, you can find her watching her favorite anime with a cup of coffee (or Matcha) in one hand.
fun fact:
Andrea is methodical in nature, always exploring, and loves building systems. Oh, and she loves everything about Japan—anime, food, culture, you name it. Where do you think she got the name for her agency?
Mica
Operations Manager
Mica wears many hats: Some days you’ll see her onboard new team members, on other days, she’ll be reviewing our clients’ social media analytics like there’s no tomorrow. Consider her as the captain of the Kohi Studios ship, making sure that the sail goes on smoothly AF.
fun fact:
For Mica, no meal is ever complete without dessert. She’s not wrong, though! It’s her ultimate guilty pleasure. Plus, this girl enjoys spicy food.
Armie
Content Manager
You know that one kid in class who’s just naturally good at everything they do? For us, that’s Armie. A true blue creative and strategist, she's your #1 gal for scroll-stopping strategies that resonate, connect, and ultimately, sell. Her only weakness? Mitzu, her beloved fur-baby.
fun fact:
An IT industry dropout learning High Valyrian on Duolingo (and failing miserably). Armie also claims to love watching football, but still struggles to understand the offset rule, not to mention, remember any of the players’ names.
Aila
Community Manager
Aila is responsible for managing Kohi Studios’ online community, Kohi Klubhouse. Don’t let her shy and quiet demeanor fool you, though! She’s a natural at small talk, speaks fluent Notion, and her multitasking skills? Freakin’ Fine. You’ll probably catch her at 2 am, approving posts—don’t forget to say hi!
fun fact:
Aila used to be a Klubmate, but because of her passion and enthusiasm to learn, she was promoted to official Kohi Brewer, and now part of the team.
Adrienne
Social Media Associate
Probably has a degree in negotiating and networking, Adrienne’s keen eye on identifying relevant influencers and thought leaders is a true asset to the team. You can also trust her to stay on top of trends, crucial to producing effective social media campaigns.
fun fact:
If she can get paid to talk about her favorite true-crime shows, she’ll be up for it ASAP. Also, watch out for product shoots produced by the agency—The hand model? That’s probably her.
Honey
Content Manager
From Dear Diary-ing her way since childhood to now writing by trade, expect Honey to whip up engaging content for our clients, from smart captions to the occasional memes. Her best friend is the em dash—but second only to her pup, Luna.
fun fact:
Despite claims from the opposite side (aka the rest of Kohi Studios), Honey’s an introvert, but gets excited when the topic falls under: Pop culture, TikTok trends, and stan Twitter.
ELLIE
Social Media Associate
One of our newest recruits, Ellie brings positive energy to the team. She has no trouble delving into a task right away, making her a right fit to the studio’s fast-paced environment.

Ellie has a degree in Physics (Yup, you read that right), and enjoys watching animated Science documentaries.
Bey
Graphic Designer
Bey is a member of our design team, responsible for creating top-notch social media graphics for our clients. She can speed through tasks, like her life depended on it, but only if she has coffee in her system—at least 4 cups will do!

She likes to fuel her imagination by reading books, going as far as finishing one in a day.
